Hot runner Systems

We offer the top line of hot runner temperature and valve gate controllers developed by HEXAMECH. Our custom developed controller controls both temperature and valve operation. Enhances part quality and reduces scrap.

Hot Runner Components & Conversion Kit

Mold components and conversion kits are available for PET Preform molds manufactured by us. In addition, molds manufactured by Husky, Nissei ASB, Sipa ,MHT, Otto Hofstetter, SIG and many more. The most common example would be to change the neck finish from an older one to a more modern one. In addition, you can also change the weight by adjusting the wall thickness with an alternate core set.
